Lisa, the practice manager of PGA Dentistry


Practice Manager

As Practice Manager of PGA Dentistry, Lisa leads the company in its mission to change the lives and smiles of our patients with passion, integrity, and exceptional care. She oversees the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures while promoting the company culture and vision. Lisa is committed to ensuring that all patients have an exceptional dental experience as well as the opportunity to achieve the healthy, beautiful smile that they want and deserve. Lisa is passionate about ensuring that her team members are happy and successful both in their personal and professional lives. Providing an excellent team environment is key to an exceptional patient experience!

Lisa brings more than 24 years of business management experience acquired during successful ownership of a real estate firm that focused on residential, commercial, investments, property management, and business acquisitions. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Psychology from George Mason University. Outside the office, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her son, husband, and puppy while boating, diving, kayaking, and relaxing at the beach.

Patient Coordinator

A native of Hallandale, Florida, Shayla has been in the dental industry for over 5 years. Shayla is usually the first sweet voice you will hear on the phone and will be the first smiling face you see upon arrival at our office. Shayla’s passion for her work is displayed by the exceptional individualized attention she provides to our patients while focusing on their comfort and needs. She feels very fulfilled when she is able to take a fearful patient with complex dental issues and help transform them into the confident rejuvenated person they deserve to be! Shayla shares her home with her young son and their pet dog. In her spare time, she enjoys doing family activities such as arcades, cooking, cleaning, outdoor activities, and walks on the beach.

Patient Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator

Angie has been in the dental field as a Patient Coordinator and Treatment Planner for over 15 years. Using her knowledge and expertise, she aims to give every patient a 5-star experience. She takes pride in doing whatever she can to make each patient’s visit as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Recently married, both she and her husband are Michigan natives who escaped the cold winters for the beautiful weather in Florida. In her free time she loves to spend time with her dog and spend time outdoors going to the beach or festivals and traveling.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Ashley was born and raised in a small town in Missouri. For as long as she can remember, she knew she was going to make her career in the dental field. After high school, she went to dental assisting school and immediately started working with an oral surgeon. After a couple years, she decided she wanted to pursue her career further and go to dental hygiene school. She graduated from St. Louis Community College-Forest Park in 2016 with her Associates in Dental Hygiene. She moved to Florida in 2017 and couldn’t be happier.

Her ultimate passion is building relationships with her patients while also having the opportunity to educate them and help them improve their oral and total body health. When not in the office, Ashley enjoys being a beach bum and spending time on her road and mountain bike.

Jennifer, a registered dental hygienist at PGA Dentistry.


Registered Dental Hygienist

Jennifer comes from a family of dentistry. Her father is a dentist and her mother is a dental hygienist which is why she has such a passion for her patients, always taking pride in treating them with the best care possible! She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1999, having graduated from dental hygiene school in Tallahassee, Florida. Jennifer has been working with Dr. Ajmo since 2002. She started as a full-time hygienist and after having her second daughter, decided to practice part time. Dental hygiene fuels her desire to provide vital periodontal & preventive services to our patients. Jennifer feels a healthy mouth is imperative to being an overall healthy person.

When not caring for her patients, Jennifer takes pleasure in spending quality family time with her 2 daughters and husband, traveling, and boating.

Bricey, an expanded functions dental assistant at PGA Dentistry


Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Bricey joined PGA Dentistry in 2016 with over 9 years of dental assisting experience. As Clinical Team Leader, Bricey holds several certifications which include Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and Radiology, and is a certified IV Sedation assistant. Bricey is motivated by the high quality advanced dental care offered at PGA Dentistry. She is always ensuring that each patient is well cared for and accomplishes their overall goal of loving their healthy new smile! When Bricey is your assistant, you are guaranteed an amazing experience!

In her free time, she loves the outdoors which includes paddle-boarding with her 2 dogs: Nitro and Trucker, camping, and biking through Palm Beach Gardens nature trails.

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Courtney is originally from South Carolina but moved to Jupiter, FL in 2017. Her passion is helping patients gain confidence through a beautiful smile which led her to pursue a career in cosmetic dentistry in 2011. Because PGA Dentistry offers high quality dentistry and patient care, Courtney knew this practice was the perfect place to follow her passion. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 rescue pups, Oliver and Andy.

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Daisy began her dental career by studying in Chicago, Illinois as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant specializing in prosthetic dentistry. Daisy has been practicing in the dental field for over 9 years. She is very knowledgeable about restorative dentistry and enjoys educating patients about all areas of dental care while addressing their individual needs and concerns. She’s honored to be a part of such a great team who impacts people’s lives in such a positive way. By ensuring that her patients are always comfortable and relaxed, she is able to truly help people improve their smiles and stay healthy for a lifetime.

Daisy is bilingual in English and Spanish and very dedicated to her career. She’s a proud mom of 4 children. Outside of work she enjoys playing soccer with her children, cooking Hispanic food, and salsa dancing. Go Blackhawks!!


Treatment Coordinator

Kayla started her career as a dental assistant graduate from Lanier Tech in Georgia and now has over 10 years of experience in the dental field. She was quickly cross-trained to know all aspects of the dental practice. As our Treatment Coordinator, she is now working hard to make sure that all of the patients who visit our practice have a memorable and stress-free experience. She is also well-versed in insurance and communicating treatment in both the clinical and financial settings.

Kayla is a native of Georgia and relocated to Florida in 2010. She resides here with her husband, son, and dog – Ellie. She enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors. Her favorite pastime is spending time kayaking or having a BBQ with family and friends.
